How We're Paid
How We're Paid
We believe you should know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting. Clear, straightforward compensation — no surprises.
Our compensation is aligned with your success.
We're committed to transparency in how we're compensated. Depending on the services involved, compensation may include asset management fees, financial planning fees, and in some cases, commissions on certain products. We'll always be upfront about what applies to your situation before you engage.
Assets Under Management
Our investment management fee is based on the assets we manage on your behalf. It's an annual fee, billed quarterly. Fees are tiered — as your assets grow, your blended rate decreases.
| First $250,000 | 1.25% |
| Next $250,000 | 1.00% |
| Next $500,000 | 0.90% |
| Next $1.5 million | 0.75% |
| Next $2.5 million | 0.60% |
| Next $5 million | 0.45% |
| $10 million & above | 0.30% |
Comprehensive Planning Fee
Whether a financial planning fee applies to your engagement depends on the scope of services involved. This will always be clearly outlined before you move forward — no surprises.
When a planning fee is charged, it covers the full scope of your financial life — cash flow, tax strategy, retirement, insurance, estate planning, and investment coordination. The fee is based on the complexity of your situation and is paid upfront, then monthly thereafter.
What does this look like for a $1 million account?
Each tier is charged its own rate — you don't pay the higher rate on your entire balance. Here's exactly how the math works.
